Due to handmade and personal nature of our products, returns are not accepted on used personal care items, custom orders, or made-to-order products.

If you order arrives damaged or there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery so we can make it right.

Eligible non-personalized items may be returned unused and unopened within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
