Organic Shiitake mushroom, Alcohol, Distilled Water
 
How to take tinctures:
• Under the tongue (sublingual): This is the fastest absorption method. Hold for 30 seconds, then swallow.
• In water or tea: If the taste is too strong, mix your dose into a small amount of water, tea, or juice.

Sizes include: 1 or 2 ounce amber glass bottle with glass dropper. One dropperful of tincture equals one cup of strong herbal tea in strength, making it a convenient addition to your routine.
