While conventional treatments like antihistamines and nasal sprays can offer relief, many people seek more natural remedies to manage their symptoms. Our Allergy Relief Essential Oil Blend offers a natural and effective alternative to traditional medications. Blended by me, a certified aromatherapist using 100% pure essential oils, this blend includes Tea Tree, Blue Tansy, Neroli, Eucalyptus Globulus, Ravintsara, and Rosemary 1,8-Cineole to combat allergens and soothe inflammation. They are anti-allergenic, anti-inflammatory, and can neutralize histamines and stop their production. Therefore, it can help tame reactions to several allergens. Plus, the combination of these oils makes an awesome smelling blend!

HOW TO USE ALLERGY ESSENTIAL OIL BLEND

The best way to use this blend for seasonal allergies is through inhalation. Direct inhalation delivers the aromatic compounds straight to the inflamed nasal passages, sinuses, and lungs.

There are a few ways to inhale oils:

Steam inhalation: Add 2-4 drops of blend to a bowl of just-boiled water. Drape a towel over your head to trap the steam, and breathe deeply for 5-10 minutes. This is good for strong congestion.

Diffusion: Add blend to an ultrasonic or nebulizing diffuser to disperse the aroma into the air. This provides continuous, low-level exposure and its convenient for nighttime use.

Personal inhaler: Add drops of the blend to a small wick or cotton ball, insert into an inhaler tube. Recap and use as needed for congestion or allergic symptoms. Inhalers are pocket-sized and spill-proof for easy use anytime.
