As spring blossoms, many brace themselves for the misery of seasonal allergies. The itchy eyes, runny nose, sneezing, and congestion of seasonal allergic rhinitis, commonly known as hay fever, can make this time of year challenging for allergy sufferers.

Spring is my favorite time of the year. The sun is shining, trees are budding, flowers are blooming, grass in growing, birds are singing, and I’m having an allergy fit. My journey into aromatherapy led me to experience relief naturally with essential oils. You too, can experience the joy of blooming flowers and sunshine without the allergy blues with my Allergy Relief Essential oil blend! While conventional treatments like antihistamines and nasal sprays can offer relief, many people seek more natural remedies to manage their symptoms. Our Allergy Relief Essential Oil Blend offers a natural and effective alternative to traditional medications. Blended by me, a certified aromatherapist using 100% pure essential oils, this blend includes Tea Tree, Blue Tansy, Neroli, Eucalyptus Globulus, Ravintsara, and Rosemary 1,8-Cineole to combat allergens and soothe inflammation. They are anti-allergenic, anti-inflammatory, and can neutralize histamines and stop their production. Therefore, it can help tame reactions to several allergens. Plus, the combination of these oils makes an awesome smelling blend!

Discover the power of nature with our premium blend – because relief shouldn't come with compromises. Breathe easy and enjoy the outdoors again with our premium allergy relief solution.

The best way to use this blend for seasonal allergies is through inhalation. Direct inhalation delivers the aromatic compounds straight to the inflamed nasal passages, sinuses, and lungs.

There are a few ways to inhale oils:

Steam inhalation: Add 2-4 drops of blend to a bowl of just-boiled water. Drape a towel over your head to trap the steam, and breathe deeply for 5-10 minutes. This is good for strong congestion.

Diffusion: Add blend to an ultrasonic or nebulizing diffuser to disperse the aroma into the air. This provides continuous, low-level exposure and its convenient for nighttime use.

Personal inhaler: Add drops of the blend to a small wick or cotton ball, insert into an inhaler tube. Recap and use as needed for congestion or allergic symptoms. Inhalers are pocket-sized and spill-proof for easy use anytime.
