How to take tinctures:
Under the tongue (sublingual): This is the fastest absorption method. Hold for 30 seconds, then swallow.
In water or tea: If the taste is too strong, mix your dose into a small amount of water, tea, or juice.
 
One dropperful of tincture equals one cup of strong herbal tea in strength, but tinctures often act faster and stronger.
 
Chamomile contains a variety of vitamins and minerals, such as A, B, C and E, as well as minerals such as calcium, copper, iron, potassium, zinc, manganese, and magnesium.
